All Home Phone services include the below features. Usage charges may apply, as shown.
Allows you to automatically transfer incoming calls to a nominated landline or mobile number. Standard call charges apply for forwarded calls. How to use this feature
Plays an audible alert if you're on the line and someone else tries to call through. You can place the current caller on hold and answer the incoming call. How to use this feature
Allows you to have a 3-way conversation with two separate callers at the same time. $0.55 per successful use, plus call charges. How to use this feature
If the number you're calling is engaged, the call back feature will automatically retry and, with a supported phone handset, provide a special ring to let you know when the destination is available. How to use this feature
Gives you the phone number of the last unanswered call. $0.35 per successful use. How to use this feature
These features can be enabled upon request and may incur an additional monthly charge, as shown.
If you transfer a phone service to us, any features that you had previously will be transferred automatically along with the service.
Places an answering service on your line, allowing callers to leave you voice messages if the call goes unanswered. How to use this feature
Displays the phone number of the person calling you, excluding private and international numbers. Your phone handset must support this feature.
Gives you a second phone number on your service which uses a special ring tone that can be picked up by compatible fax machines, allowing you to use the same line for both phone calls and fax messaging.
Prevents your phone number from being displayed when you make an outgoing call, and excludes your listing in public directories (such as the White Pages).
