what you need to know

Our standard Terms of Service apply to all services. Additionally, the following terms apply to Home Phone services:

medical alert

DCSI cannot provide medical alert or priority assistance features on a Home Phone service.

plan changes

Change your plan at any time without incurring any additional fees. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.


If you move house, we'll need to install a phone line at the new premises. Charges apply according to the "Connection fees" schedule detailed above.


DCSI is reselling services provided via the Telstra Wholesale Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
