What is Wireless Broadband? |
 |

Wireless Broadband is a fixed-position wireless service. An antenna is installed on your roof, which connects wirelessly to one of our access points around West Gippsland.
Being a broadband service, Wireless provides all the benefits - superfast access, no tying up of the phone line, and no "dialing" charges.
You must have a clear line of sight to one of our towers, listed below.

No charge to relocate to a new premises. However if the relocation is at the same premises, e.g. to a different part of the roof or to another building on the property, a $150 fee applies.

Contract exit fees |

If you cancel a 24-month contract before the contract end date, a fee applies. The fees for cancelling the contract a given time after commencement are as follows:

- In some rare cases, an installation may require a higher mast and/or additional cabling. If this is required then our installers will quote you the extra charge before proceeding.
- The quality or reliability of VoIP calls made over wireless services cannot be guaranteed.
- Both uploaded and downloaded data will count towards your allowance. If you exceed your data allowance, the speed of your connection will be slowed to 64Kbps for the first 500MB in excess of the limit, and 32Kbps thereafter, until your monthly reset date.
- Prices shown as "when bundled" indicate the monthly cost of the broadband plan when you also purchase a home phone service from DCSI. It does not include the cost of the home phone service.
- Premium option requires different hardware. Once-off cost of $250 applies for installation or upgrade.
- Unused data from data blocks does not roll over to the next month - it will be forfeited on your reset date.
