terms and fees
Our standard Terms of Service apply to all services. Additionally, the following terms apply to Home Phone services:
medical alert
DCSI cannot provide medical alert or priority assistance features on a Home Phone service.
plan changes
Change your plan at any time without incurring any additional fees. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
relocations
If you move house, we'll need to install a phone line at the new premises. You can relocate your service for free once every 2 years, but relocations outside of
this timeframe will be charged according to the "Connection fees" schedule detailed above.
